1. Bookings for training courses are taken on a first come, first served basis and are subject to completion of a booking form and acceptance onto the course. 2. To guarantee your booking, full payment, or a letter of guarantee from sponsors, is required. 3. Mango reserves the right to change advertised details of training events. 4. Course fees may be paid by cheque drawn on a UK bank account, international money order or bank transfer. Bank transfer fees at both ends of the transaction are the responsibility of the initiating agency. 5. Letters in support of visa applications may only be issued full payment of course fees is received, and it is certain that adequate time has been allowed to process a visa application. 6. Cancellation Policy Places on Mango courses are limited and we often have waiting lists. We therefore request that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a reservation. Please read this cancellation policy carefully before submitting a booking form. The booking application form is your contract with Mango. As soon as we accept your application, we will issue you with an invoice for the requested place(s). You are then liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation, whether payment has been made or not at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation charges are applied in all cases. We regret that we have to do this, however all bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill spaces made vacant by late cancellations. Cancellation charges depend on when the written cancellation notice is received: · If cancelled 6 or more weeks before a course is due to start, 90% of course fees will be refunded or credited to another course. · If cancelled 2 to 6 weeks before a course is due to start, 50% of course fees will be refunded or credited to another course. · No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than two weeks before the event or for ‘no shows’. In the event of cancellation of a training event by Mango, we will inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to compensate for any other costs that may have been incurred, including flights, accommodation, etc. Where course dates are varied by Mango, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient. 7. Unless you specify to the contrary, your contact details will be added to our database. This information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with external agents. You will be forwarded information on Mango’s new products and services that might be of interest. |
