Do you need a finance officer or financial controller to join your head office team?

Mango’s Register provides easy access to a pool of carefully pre-selected finance professionals who want to work with relief and development organisations. This includes people who are transfering their professional skills into the NGO sector and also those who already have a proven track record of working with NGOs.

The finance professionals who we select to join Mango's register have all been assessed for their interpersonal and cross-cultural skills as well as technical competence. Our selection process includes a highly structured interview with Mango's in-house staff. The procedure is based on our comprehensive competency framework, built on first-hand experience of working with NGOs in the field.

Finally, we check professional references, ID and certified evidence of qualifications.

Mango's recruitment team can conduct a tailor-made search of the register to find people with the right combination of skills, experience and availability to suit the specific requirements of different head office positions.

To request a search of the register costs nothing. We only charge a fee when a successful appointment is made. This fee is calculated at 15% of the contract salary for the first 12 months, with a minimum of £840.
