Do you need experienced finance professionals to support your programmes in developing countries?

Mango’s Register provides easy access to a pool of carefully pre-selected finance professionals. Our service is effective and low cost - and we have a proven track record of helping NGOs make the right recruitment decisions.

The finance professionals who we select to join Mango's register have all been assessed for their interpersonal and cross-cultural skills as well as technical competence. Our selection process includes a highly structured interview with Mango's in-house staff. The procedure is based on our comprehensive competency framework, built on first-hand experience of working with NGOs in the field.

Finally, we check professional references, ID and certified evidence of qualifications.

Mango's recruitment team can conduct a tailor-made search of the register to find people with the right combination of skills, experience and availability to suit the specific requirements of different field positions. Many of Mango's register members are experienced field workers, available at short notice.

To request a search of the register costs nothing. We only charge a fee when a successful appointment is made. This fee is calculated at 12% of the contract salary for the first 12 months, with a minimum of £840.
