Mango Executive Search and Selection Case Study In 2007, Paul Anticoni, Chief Executive of World Jewish Relief asked for Mango’s assistance in recruiting a Head of Finance. Paul says: "We needed to recruit a ‘hands on’ Head of Finance that would also be able to provide us with a strategic vision" The organisation had initially engaged the services of a commercial recruitment agency but found that although they were able to provide a steady stream of CV’s, none of the candidates possessed the right combination of not for profit experience and business acumen. "We were looking for a senior finance professional with NGO experience who would be happy to work with a faith based organisation, this was a challenge in itself!"
