Mango's exclusive seminar series for Finance Directors (FDs) of large NGOs.

The seminars provide FDs with a supportive and private peer group to discuss practical management issues. They are based on an initial exploration of the relationship between finance systems and NGO field work. Then, participants will consider issues such as:

• maintaining minimum standards of control,
• supporting / encouraging high quality local decision making,
• accountability and resource allocation,
• encouraging collaboration between finance and programme staff.

FDs from ActionAid, Concern, Plan International, Sight Savers, WaterAid and others are participating. Each seminar will be half a day long, held in London, meeting every few months.
