"After almost a year, time for an update [on partner training in Sierra Leone].  In January I visited with all my partners. One of things I wanted to find out is how they experienced the Mango training and especially how they are using it in their daily job. 

One of the things is that they are very positive. Especially for the program officers it was a real eye opener. Some were allready asking for another training… The manual is still on their desk. We are referring to it a lot in our work. Some of the partners have used the templates in the workbook/website. I asked them to show their workplan and they really improved. What surprised me positively is that some of the partners organised their own internal Mango training!"
