Group Training
Why organise a Group Training event?
There are certain countries where Mango does not currently deliver its open training programme. This is for a variety of reasons such as history of demand for our training or for security or logistical challenges.
We will however, be happy to hear from NGOs who are willing to organise a training event, on an in-house basis, for 10 to 18 people and we will provide a Mango trainer.
We will provide a full quotation for our fees and costs but it will generally be cheaper than sending the same number of people on an open Mango event.
What is involved in a Group Training event?
Do not under-estimate the effort (and risk) involved in organising a group training event.
One organisation (referred to as the ‘lead agency’) must take responsibility for coordinating the event and will sign a contract with Mango to engage us to deliver the training. The lead agency will organise the training venue, take bookings and manage fee payments.
For more information on what is involved and what it costs to have a group training event, please see the Group Training briefing note.
