Financial Management for Board Members

Board members are the guardians of their NGO's financial resources, but they are often ill-prepared for the role. This workshop provides a practical introduction to the financial management responsibilities of a board member, including how to achieve accountability and transparency, who does what, and how to read financial reports and budgets.
