What our clients say
Mango systematically monitors the views of the people who our services aim to help. We use tools including: evaluations by course participants, surveys of people who use our publications and systematic debriefing of recruitment clients.
Feedback from clients shows that, in 2010:
- 67% of course participants rated Mango's Training as 'excellent', and 32% as 'good'
- Our Recruitment service provided a reliable source of high quality staff for NGOs
- NGO staff found our Guide to Financial Management to be: relevant, practical, easy to use and reliable.
See our Annual Reports for more details.
We also monitor demand from NGOs for our services, and actively encourage direct feedback (e.g. Through our complaints page). Mango's funding depends 85% on fee income and 15% on charitable donations. If we do not consistently deliver quality services that our clients will pay for, then we will go out of business.

Feedback received for most of the training is typically: 'The best and interesting half a day of a one week introduction to IFRC course'. Those were colleagues who had thought finance was the most boring subject amongst the all before coming to the training!" Umed Ibodulloev, IFRC.
