What our clients say

Mango systematically monitors the views of the people who our services aim to help. We use tools including: evaluations by course participants, surveys of people who use our publications and systematic debriefing of recruitment clients.

We also monitor demand from NGOs for our services, and actively encourage direct feedback (e.g. Through our complaints page). Mango's funding depends 85% on fee income and 15% on charitable donations. If we do not consistently deliver quality services that our clients will pay for, then we will go out of business.
