Financial Management Trainers
We are currently recruiting new UK-based trainers.
Our trainers have a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to developing financial skills and confidence where they are most needed. We’d love to hear from you if:
- You are a finance professional with significant practical financial management experience gained in developing countries in the NGO sector
- You are willing to travel outside the UK for up to 14 weeks a year to help deliver Mango’s training courses to NGO staff around the world
- You have an existing right to live and work in the UK.
Previous training experience is not essential as we provide a full induction to our participatory training approach. You will have an opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy in a range of developing countries, scope to work flexibly and be part of an innovative, committed team.

Operations Support Officer (Client Services)
We are looking for a special person to join our high performing administration team. This post is the first point of contact for aid agencies which require in-house training or consultancy support from Mango. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven administrative experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong organisational skills and a professional approach to work
- Excellent communication and MS Office computer skills.
- Experience of working under pressure in a small team.
We are especially interested to receive applications from those with strong writing and client relationship management skills.
